Panagiota Margioti was born in Kavala.

In 2016, she graduated from nursing school. After completing an internship at the General Hospital of Kavala, where she trained in several departments, she began working in an obstetrics and gynecology clinic for four years (2019 – 2022).

Since August 2023, she has been working at the Small Animal Veterinary Clinic of Evangelia Kontostoli.
